Shipping is available to addresses in Canada and the United States for a flat CAD $9.99 per order. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Delivery timing and tracking depend on the destination and carrier and will be sent by email when available. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. United States customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. Contact BGR Hair Studios promptly if an order is delayed, damaged, or missing. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived by law.
Studio Pickup
Studio pickup is available only from BGR Hair Studios - Markham at 288 Copper Creek Drive, Markham. Wait for the ready-for-pickup email before arriving and bring the order confirmation. Pickup timing is arranged by email after the order is prepared. Contact BGR Hair Studios if the pickup time needs to be changed.

Refunds and Returns
Contact BGR Hair Studios within 14 days of delivery or pickup to request a return. Items must be unused, unopened, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened hair-care products, used brushes or tools, and worn durags or bonnets cannot be returned unless defective. Report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days and include photos when possible. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless BGR Hair Studios sent an incorrect or damaged item. Returns require approval before they are sent back. Approved refunds are issued to the original PayPal payment method after inspection. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived by law.
Privacy
BGR Hair Studios collects the contact, delivery, order, and limited technical information needed to process purchases, prevent abuse, provide customer support, and meet legal obligations. PayPal processes payment credentials under its own privacy practices; BGR Hair Studios does not store complete card details. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the store, process payment, deliver orders, or comply with law, and is not sold. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes and is protected with appropriate safeguards. Service providers may process information outside Canada.
